Runs, memories and targets
Totelo keeps completed-run dates and scores, memory titles and notes, optional attached photos and voice files, personal score targets, best score and sound/haptic preferences on your device. Insights calculates its summaries from these local records.
Optional media
Take photo requests camera access, and Record voice note requests microphone access. You may decline and still play or save a text memory. Choose photo uses the system photo picker, which shares only your selected image. Photos and recordings are saved with the memory you choose.
Retention and deletion
Run Archive memories and score targets remain after you reopen the app. Delete an archive entry to remove its local record and associated photo and voice files. Targets can be deleted separately. Removing the app may remove its files; device backups are controlled by iOS. An unreadable archive is kept and protected from new writes.
Legal pages and correspondence
The document website receives ordinary web request information when you open a legal page, including the IP address and browser information needed to serve it. Emailing support sends the message, address and attachments you choose to your email provider and our support mailbox.
